- Can I get a sample before order?

- What is the best price you can offer?

- Can I have my own logo/design printed on the products?
Yes, we accept any kind of customization, however, there will be a minimum order quantity required to insure the unit price is more reasonable.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ is difference for different product, let us say 100-500 for paper products, might be higher for other products. Please contact us with the product you need, we will answer you right way.
- What is the lead time?
3-5 days for inventory products,
15-20 days for custom orders.
- What is the delivery time?
Shipping by air to door is 10-15 days after departured,
Shipping by express is 5-12 days after departured (DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX),
Shipping by sea (fast boat) is 20-25 days after departured,
Shipping by sea ( slow boat) is 45-55 days after departured.
(This delivery time doesn't include delays caused by force majeure factors such as customs inspections, port strikes, holidays, epidemics such as COVID)
- How to pay for the order?
Once we confirmed the order details including artwork, size, details, we will start the order on Alibaba, then you will receive a payment link sent by Alibaba via email. You may check the order from your Alibaba account center as well.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Custom Orders
-Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after payment (deposit or full payment) paid. Refunds will be
deducted from fees already incurred.
-Order cannot be cancelled after the production starts. No refund will be made if the order is cancelled
due to the customer's reasons.
Inventory products Orders
-Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 3 hours after payment paid (deposit or full payment).
-Order can be cancelled 8 hours after payment is paid (deposit or full payment) and before shipment,
10% of the order amount will be deducted from refund.
-Order cannot cancelled after shipments has been picked up, there will be no refunds if the order is
cancelled due to the customer's reasons.
No return or refund will be accepted for shipment delays caused by uncontrollable factors (such as COVID-19, natural disasters and other uncontrollable factors).
If customers refuse to receive and sign for the packages, we will destroy it in the local shipping company,
there will be no refund of the full payment.
AFTER-SALE SERVICE
–Most of the products will be some errors or color difference, these errors or color difference are within a reasonable range. If you require 100% identical, we can not make it for you, thank you for your understanding
–If the product is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide the corresponding photo or video as evidence, we will give you a satisfactory solution.
