Application Method
|
Mix the main putty and hardener in proportion and complete it within the gel time. Scrape the adjusted putty on the polished two-component primer or the surface of the treated base. If thick coating is required, it is better to scrape several times.
If air bubbles appear during the coating , must scrape thoroughly with a scraper.
Both wet and dry sand ability property makes application very convenient.

Note
•
Once putty is mixed with hardener, it cannot be put into the tank again, and it should be covered immediately after use to avoid the deterioration of putty caused by volatilization of solvent.
•
The consistency of putty and gel time can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
•
This product cannot be used for corrosive paints on metal surfaces, synthetic resins or nitrocellulose primers, and one-component acrylic primers, and it is not recommended to spray topcoat directly on surface of this product.
•
The effective storage period is twelve months from date of production. (After shelf life is exceeded, it will be confirmed by standard inspection. If it is qualified, it can still be used.)
