Care Instruction:
1.Before first use, please clean the knives, PLEASE AVOID direct contact with blade edge!
2.When using please attention the blades of the knives are very sharp! DO NOT test with finger tips and avoid direct contact against harm.
3.Careful when using and storing! After each use please clean and store in a safe place, store away from children reach!
4.Do not use knife to cut through frozen foods or bones.
5.Only use on plastic or wooden cutting boards.
6. Put the knives back to the protective block when not in use to avoid chipping.
7.To maintain life span of your knives, Keep DRY and CLEAN after every use, use NON abrasive cleansers, use soft towels for wiping down. Dishwasher safe. But hand wash and air dry recommended to keep it sharper longer.
8.DO NOT soak or submerge in water for long periods of time or use chlorine bleach because it can pit and discolor the blade.
