Q 1. I want to get some Free samples from your company, can I?
A. Company policy that all customers must pay 2 times the sample fee and shipping costs, when you place an order, sample fee will be returned to you.

A. The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model( same color, same size...).
Q 3. I'd like to Mix several models in one container?
A. Certainly. We recommend that you’d better select 2 or 3 models in one container (1X40HQ).
Q 4. We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it?
A. Of course, we provide OEM service which including silkprint logo printing, gift box design and carton design.
Q 5. How about the Delivery time?
A. 35 - 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.
Q 6. Can I get Discount from buying your goods?
A. As everybody knows that the price depends on the quantity. We will automatically making discount to our regular customer.
Q 7. I'd like to know your Payment way?
A.30% in advance, 70% before shipment by T/T, Paypal, irrevocable L/C at sight and so on.
