The ozone generator uses the corona discharge method to obtain ozone. Oxygen (or dry air) at the low pressure (or normal pressure) generates ozone by corona discharge under the action of alternating high voltage electric field. Corona discharge method ozone generator is the most widely used ozone generation device with relatively low power consumption, high output, and high market usage. The oxygen molecules O2 in the gas are ionized in the high voltage electric field, and some of these oxygen ions and oxygen molecules combine to form the ozone molecule O3 .
