3. It is effective at first, but does not work later

4. The collar falls off easily and isn’t tight enough

The collar is too loose

The device is worn in the middle of the dog's neck, with a finger width gap between the collar and the neck

The excess was not trimmed off the collar during first use

The collar straps should be tightened correctly in each buckle so the collar fits the dog’s neck then the excess should be cut off

The collar strap is damaged and needs to be replaced

5. The dog bites the device, damaging it

The dog should not be able to see or reach the device it is wearing

It has been worn for too long a period of time

It should not be worn for more than 12 hours and should be checked every 2 hours

If the device is worn when the dog is wet or swimming, the static stimulator irritates the skin

Stop using the product for a few days. If the condition persists for more than 48 hours, consult your veterinarian for help
