Q1.What's your payment term? 
T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal.
The normal payment term is 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment.

Q2.Could you make an OEM/ODM design?
We specialize in OEM/ODM design, including customized logos, leather textures, colors, and even designs according to the customer's requests.

Q3.About Sample
If items are stocked, samples can be shipped out as a priority. If out of stock, the sample will be produced according to customers’ design and requirements. The sample charge will be refunded if the mass order reaches our MOQ.
