Product Details
The S5KGM1 | ISOCELL GM1 from Samsung Semiconductors is a CMOS Image Sensor that has an effective resolution of 48 MP (12 MP output). It has an electronic rolling and global reset shutter in a 1/2“ optical format that delivers a normal frame rate of 30 fps at 12 MP and a video frame rate of up to 120 fps at FHD & 240 fps at HD resolutions. This image sensor requires a DC supply of 1.05-2.8 V and uses a MIPI 4-Lane RAW interface for output.
The S5KGM1 | ISOCELL GM1 uses ISOCELL Plus technology that significantly increases light sensitivity and color fidelity by 0.8 μm pixels for more accurate and clearer photos. It uses Tetrapixel technology that mimics big pixels to take brighter pictures of 3 MP while a remosaic algorithm creates detailed 12 MP high-resolution images. This image sensor has smart WDR technology that helps to capture vivid photos with greater details even in mixed lighting conditions. It has a PDAF autofocus, tetra chroma and an RGB Bayer color filter pattern. This image sensor is ideal for mobile phone applications.
