Que.			Do you sell only to Ethiopia?
Ans.			No. We are selling to many customers in other countries.  Countries such as India, Pakistan, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Turkey, Russia, China, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan among others. Talk to us and we will do what we can to fulfill your needs.
Que.			What is the minimum order quantity?
Ans.			But, the minimum order quantity depends mostly on the product and the destination. For Oil Seeds, Beans, Cereals and Pulses minimum quantity order we accept is 2 X20’ FCL / 40MT. Please call us if you have any questions.
Que.			What are your terms of payment?
Ans.			For new customers, we ask for 100% Irrevocable LC at sight or 30% TT Balance 70% Against copy of BL location.  For established Buyers, we can do 100%, DA 30-90 Days.
Que.			How can I get samples?
Ans.			Just contact us and let us know what sample/s that you need and we will ship a sample to you free of charge.
Que.			I only need a small quantity; can I buy just 100kg?
Ans.			Unfortunately, No.  We only sell wholesale and we do not sell small quantities to anyone. Sorry.
Que.			What if the product that you ship is not the same as the sample?
Ans.			Since the products that we sell are natural products, there will be a small variation in physical and nutritional property between the sample and the shipment. However, the overall nutritional value should not deviate much from the minimum/maximum specifications. If the delivered product does not conform to the specifications by an unacceptable margin, it is within your right to reject the shipment.  We fully guarantee each shipment and will do our best to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
