▶ Product Description
This drilling rig is a high-speed drilling rig suitable for ordinary exploration, geophysical exploration, road and construction exploration, and drilling of blast holes.
Drill bits such as alloys, diamonds and composite chips can be selected for drilling according to the different bottom layers. It can drill sandy clay and rock formations of grade 2-9.
1. With hydraulic automatic feeding mechanism, it can improve drilling efficiency and reduce labor intensity of workers.
2. The ball clamp clamping mechanism is used instead of the chuck, and the lever can be reversed without stopping the machine. The operation is convenient, safe and reliable.
3. The hoist is equipped with a cage to form a double-sided supporting star wheel structure, which can withstand strong impacts.
4. The four sets of bearings in the vertical axle box are positioned to ensure that the gyrator has sufficient rigidity to cope with complex geological conditions such as gravel layer and pebble layer.
5. On the basis of ordinary drilling rigs, the drilling rig shift slide is added, which can realize quick replacement of drilling tools, improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
