Advantages of Double Glass Solar Panels
1. The power generation with higher life cycle is 21% higher than that of ordinary solar panels. 2. The warranty of the ordinary solar panels is 25 years, and that of the double glass solar panel is 30 years. 3. The attenuation of traditional solar panel is about 0.7%, and that of double glass solar panel is 0.5%. 4. The water permeability of glass is almost zero, so it is not necessary to consider the hydrolysis of EVA adhesive film induced by water vapor entering the module. 5. The wear resistance of glass is very good, which also solves the problem of wind and sand resistance of solar panel in the field. 6. The insulation of glass is better than that of backsheet, so that the double glass solar panel can meet higher system voltage, so as to save the system cost of the whole power station. 7. The fire rating of double glass solar panel is upgraded from C to a of ordinary crystalline silicon solar panel , making it more suitable for residential buildings, chemical plants and other areas that need to avoid potential fire hazards.
