Product Usage
Usage method 1. Carry out rust removal, welding slag removal, burr removal, oil and debris removal on the pipe surface, and keep it clean and dry. Meet the requirements of GBT8923, manual rust removal should reach St3 level, mechanical rust removal should reach Sa2.5 level 2. Paint the primer manually or mechanically to ensure uniformity and no leakage 3. The primer can be wrapped after 3 to 5 minutes of dry surface, and the polyethylene pe anti-corrosion tape should meet the engineering design anti-corrosion layer grade and structural requirements
4. Construction temperature :-5~+50C; It is prohibited to open construction in rain, snow and fog when the humidity is more than 85% and in the environment with large wind and sand
