A: Generally speaking, it will take 2-3 working days to finish one initial design. And the precondition is that the floor plan and requirements are confirmed.

A: For 1set customized playground, normally 15-20 days.

Q: What transaction currency and price term you can accept?
A: Currency-USD and RMB; Price Term-EXW., FOB, CIF, etc..

Q: What is your payment term?
A: 30% as deposit, the balance paid after inspection and before shipment. L/C at sight can be negotiated.

Q: How to guarantee quality?
A: For main frames and parts, we will do their trial assembly and adjustment. Complete inspection before each package will be performed. We will try to report you with more clear pictures and short videos for the production.

Q: What installation service for us?
A: We can offer installation map, video direction and referenced project pictures. You also can ask our engineer for the whole installation and pay all related cost, like for visa, round-trip ticket, accommodation and salary.

Q: What about your after-service?
A: For any quality feedback from your side, after study, we will give you the professional answer and solution. If still during the warranty period of 1 year, for the issue caused by any unintentional damage, we can off the replacements for free, but not including the freight.
