2.Classification:
According to the production process, high-pressure oil pipes are mainly divided into high-pressure steel wire braided oil pipes and high-pressure steel wire wound oil pipes.
The structure of the high-pressure steel wire wound hose is mainly composed of an inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, four or more layers of alternately wound steel wire reinforcement layers and an outer rubber layer.
The inner rubber layer has the function of making the conveying medium bear the pressure and protecting the steel wire from erosion, and the outer rubber layer protects the steel wire from being damaged.
3.Uses: High pressure steel wire reinforced hydraulic tubing is mainly used for mine hydraulic support, oil field development, suitable for engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools and mechanization and automation of various industrial sectors In the hydraulic system, petroleum-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) with certain pressure (higher pressure) and temperature are transported. Type: 4SP type - four-layer steel wire wound medium pressure hose.
4SH type - high pressure hose wrapped with four layers of steel wire.
R12 type - high temperature and medium pressure oil pipe under severe conditions of four-layer steel wire winding.
R13 type - high temperature and high pressure oil pipe under severe conditions of multi-layer steel wire winding.
R15 type - high temperature and high pressure oil pipe under severe conditions of multi-layer steel wire winding.
5.The structure of steel wire braided hose and high pressure steel wire braided hose is mainly composed of liquid-resistant synthetic rubber inner rubber layer, middle rubber layer, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ layers of steel wire braided layer, and weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer rubber layer.
However, according to the design principle of the high-pressure hose, the III-layer braided hose has no effect when the hose is under pressure, wastes materials, increases the weight of the hose itself, and reduces the flexibility of the hose. Therefore, there are no standards for such hoses in national standards. The old engineers of some companies still use the old standards of the past, so some people still choose this model when designing.
6.Working temperature of high pressure steel wire braided hose: oil -40℃~100℃, air -30℃~50℃, water emulsion below +80℃.
Specification range of high pressure steel wire braided hose: DN5mm~DN102mm.
7.Oil drilling hose
Structure: composed of inner rubber layer, inner rubber protective layer, middle rubber layer, steel wire winding layer and outer rubber layer. Uses: Steel wire winding drilling hose is used for oilfield cementing, workover and petroleum geological exploration, small drilling rigs and water conservancy coal mining, transporting mud and normal temperature water and other fluid media. Uses: coal industry and petroleum industry, etc.
