-customer should provide the video and photo for the problem product.

-Products returned within the warranty period must bear product number&date code

-Products of unknown sources or without valid marking will not be accepted.

-Replacement items will be sent together with customer's next order shipment

A3: TUV CE certificate, SAA C-TICK certificate. Our main market is Australia and Europe

Q4. How is the warranty about the products ?

A4:W e offer 3years warranty for most products, also have 5years warranty on LED lights and Fire Rated lights,

we will replace the defective parts after our approval in the next order normally

Q5. Can we buy sample for testing ?
