To make your outdoor furniture longer life time , or protect it from heavy rain , snow or dog biting . A rain cover is very  necessary. We can make it just fit to your own furniture , just let us know when you need one when you order your outdoor furniture from us !

How to make an order from us  ?

Step A : Choose the item you like , send us an inquiry .

Step B : We will send you quotation , our terms , our rattan and fabric chart for you to

select ,confirm our delivery time and payment terms . (Here you can choose  your

own customized colors of rattan and fabric ! ) Please check our "How to customize "

content to check more information .

Step C : Place order and make the payment to us and please send us the bank receipt .

Step D : We make the production, and during the production time we will communicate with you about the details of your order and keep you update !

Step E: Before shipping , we will make the detailed and high resoluation photos to send to you to check the quality , and you are welcome to send any third-party inspect agent to come to our factory to check the quality too !

Step F: After you confirm the photos and everything we will pack and delivery to the sea port .

Step G: We can clear the customs our side and the goods get on board and after that we will send you documents .

Step H: When the goods arrive ,  the shipping company will contact you .

Step I: You clear the custom and get the goods.

A: Don't worry. If the damage is proved to happen before loading, we'll hold the responsibility and replace them for you. If it's proved to happen during the sea transportation and our term is CIF, we will claim this to our insurance company and pay you the compensation. If the term is FOB, you will need to claim this to your insurance company or shipping company on your own. Q: Can I order one set for sample? A: Yes, sample order is acceptable for us. But usually a sample will cost much more for our factory. Hope you understand. Product Cleaning and Storage

Q : How should the woven furniture be cleaned? A:To clean your woven furniture, rinse the frame with fresh water using a high hose pressure. Be careful to avoid any teak details on the furniture as the high pressure can erode the surface of the timber. Optionally, you may wash the woven material with mild detergent and warm water using a soft brush. After washing, rinse with fresh water until there are no soap bubbles remaining. Allow the furniture to air-dry. If using a specialty outdoor furniture cleaner, avoid using a foaming product, as foam cleaners can leave residue in the gaps of the weaving and later attract dirt. Q: How should woven furniture be stored for the winter? A: Youye recommends that woven furniture be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing temperatures. Furniture must be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside-down may cause water to accumulate and freeze inside the frame, causing structural damage. Always thoroughly clean your furniture before placing in storage. The best place to store your furniture is a dry garage, garden shed, or basement. You may also store your woven furniture outdoors using breathable furniture covers. Q : Can I leave my cushions outside all year round? A:Cushions should be stored for the winter in climates exposed to snow and freezing temperatures. Cushions should be cleaned and allowed to air dry before placing into storage. Always store cushions in a dry, well ventilated area.
