Mandrel-typed rubber heater hose SAE J20 is appropriate for transferring hot water and freeze protection in cooling systems of automobiles. This kind of hose contains a tube, reinforcement and outer layer. The cover comprises smooth chloroprene rubber or nitrile butadiene rubber, resisting oil, abrasion and weathering. The inner tube with a glossy bore is formed by ethylene propylene diene monomer, suiting the glycol liquid. The reinforcement layer with good anti-stretching ability is made up of synthetic fiber yarn, thus making the working pressure of the hose rise to 10 bar, and the minimum safety factor become 3:1. In a word, our rubber heater hose SAE J20 is a hose with resistance to high temperature and high pressure and durability.
