This smooth, shiny chafing dish features full stainless steel construction for a long life and a matching silver handle for an understated elegance.  The smooth rounded top rolls back a full 180°, but stops at 90° to keep foods warm if necessary.

The chafing set comes complete with the chafer, lid, a full size 2.5" deep food pan, a 4" water pan and two fuel holders.  The fuel holders are raised off the ground slightly by way of an indented shelf, keeping the table cool and bringing the warm flame closer to your food presentation.
