1. Open the lid to pour in water, there is a max limit mark both inside and outside of the Kettle. Do not go above the max limit
to avoid spilling when it boils.
2. When the water has boiled, turn off the stove top. Let it sit for a few
seconds before touching the handle. The handle will
cool down rapidly.
3. Lift the kettle up (no oven mitts required).
NOTE: DO NOT BOIL DRY with too little water to avoid damaging your kettle.
