SHIPPING


We ship sample order and small shipment through courier mode - DHL, Fedex, Aramex, UPS. We have our business account with all of above courier companies with competitive shipment rates due to our large shipment volume. We can also ship on buyer's courier account.

For bulk shipment, we use air and sea mode with most of the large order going through ship in containers. You can either choose from our freight forwarders or we can handover goods to your nominated forwarder for shipping. We accept all  Incoterms : EXW, FOB, C&F, CIF, DAP, etc.

Q:1. Can I order sample before purchasing bulk quantity?
A: Yes we can provide sample to check material, design and quality before proceeding with the bulk orders.

Q:2. What is the lead time for sample?
A: Our available sample - 1-3 days + Shipping time - 3-5 days
Customized sample - 7-15 working days or depends upon your sample requirement + Shipping time - 3-5 days

Q:3. What is the lead time for mass production?
A: Generally 30-50 days after receipt of advance payment, however it varies upon item to item. We have quicker turnaround time for some product categories as well.

Q:4. What is the MOQ for first order?
A: We are flexible in MOQs with our new customers and accept lower MOQs to start business.
For customized design - 500-1000 pcs; and we have lower MOQs for handmade items.


Q:5. Do you offer customized logo printing and packaging?

A: Yes, we can make your logo label and offer facility of custom brand packaging. In addition to this, we can also print your design/logo directly in the product.


Q:6. Which mode do you prefer for shipping?

A: We usually ship samples and small orders through DHL, Fedex, Aramex and UPS. Due to high shipping volumes, we have very good rates for big quantities also.
