Usually the wood veneer has 2 categorIes. the naTural wood veneer and
artiflcIal wood veneer. The carcases are manufactured from oak, beech,
cherry, birch anci ash. with 0.2mm thick coat of paint on the surfaces,
and 0.45mm thick on the door panels. The painting is very important.
There are many processes regarding the painting. such as polish, open
and sealing painting.The edge banding materials are also wood veneer.

SOLID WOOD

The solid wood Is manufactured mainly from oak, cherry, maple and
beech. The lower class solid wood wIll use the Chinese birch. There are
two ways of consolidation, 90 degree right angle and 45 degree angle.
The manufaclurers will dry the solid wood into 8 degree Celsius to
prevent the split and deformation of wood, There are generally two
