Q3: when is your delivery time?
A1: for stock orders: within 10 working days after 100% payment.
A2: single wheel hub production order: 20-30 days after 30% deposit. Two wheel hub production order: 30-50 days after 30% deposit
A3: for OEM orders: 30-70 days after 50% deposit.
Q4: how do you ensure that the effect / appearance of the rim is what I want?
We have been focusing on the design and production of forged wheels for more than 10 years. We have our own design team, sales team and workshop. We can customize the wheel size and design for customers. We will draw 3D design drawings according to your requirements. After you confirm the effect and data, we will arrange processing and production.
Q5: what are your payment terms?
A1: we suggest that you place an order through Alibaba Trade guarantee, which will minimize the risk by guaranteeing a refund in case the supplier fails to meet the terms of the order contract (including delivery delay, quality and quantity difference or other processing problems).
A2: 30% of the deposit shall be paid by TT, and 70% of the balance shall be paid after the shipping documents.
