Q#2: What is your payment term?
A: Alibaba trade assurance/paypal/bank transfer, 30% T/T deposit before production,70% T/T balance before shipment.
Q#3: Is sample free or not?
A: For ribbon in stock we provide free sample, for customized ribbon, please share your logo image and confirm printing craft, then advise you sample fee, but for both you should pay shipping cost.
Q#4: Sample and mass production lead time?
A: 3-5 working days to prepare sample, and 15-25 working days to make mass production.
Q#5: How will my order be shipped?
A: By DHL/FedEx/Eplus or other express, it takes about 5-7 days. And also, can be shipped by sea if large quantity.
Q#6: What is color fastness and color tolerance standard?
A: For polyester ribbons, color fastness is 4.0 degree for light colors, and 3.5-4.0 degree for deep colors. Color tolerance could meet 4.0 degree. All meet international standard.
