This Arabic Pita bread production line is used for making pita bread, torrilla, chapati, arabic bread, roti, and other similar products. The line consists of Dough Mixer, Dough Kneading Machine, Pita Bread Forming Machine, Baking Tunnel Oven and Cooler Machine.
Process flow:
Dough mixing - Dough kneading - Pita bread forming - Pita baking - Pita cooling
- The shape can be round or rectangular, its diameter or width is adjustable by changing different moulds.
- The round one, diameter can be 50mm, 70mm,80mm,90mm,100mm, 130mm,150mm, 300mm, 400mm or other sizes, we support customization.
- The thickness is adjustable ranging from 0.4mm- 6mm.
- Multi rolling type makes the forming at one-time, uniform in size and thickness
