Q1: What’s the main product in your company?
A: Our Main product are: ATV(Electric or Gasoline),Dirt bike, Go kart, scooter.
Q2: Can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check.
Q3: Do you have the products in stock?
A: No, all bikes are to be produced according to your order including samples.
Q4: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.
Q5: How many colors are available?
A: Black, White, Red, Green, Blue
Q6: Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes, customer’s OEM is welcome, we have plenty experience in OEM developing.
Q7: Can our logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?
A: Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed on your products and package by printing or stickers
Q8: What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
A: For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo and send you for print details approve, include color, size and position before batch printing.
Q9: How long is your production lead time?
A: It depends on product and order QTY. Normally, it takes us 30days for an order with MOQ QTY, and our MOQ is 20pcs/item
Q10: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. Seeya moto always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it’s packed for shipment.
Q11: What’s your warranty terms?
A: We offer different warranty time for different products. Please contact with us for detailed warranty terms.
Q12: Which kinds of certificates do you have?
A: Our products quality meet with CE, ISO9001-2008 and any test report.
Q13: What is your payment term?
A: Normally we accept payment term as T/T 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% balance against bill of lading Copy. We also accept L/C at sight.
Q14: Can we use our own shipping agent?
A: Yes, you can. We had cooperate with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and service.
Q15: Our port of shipment?
A: Ningbo port, Shanghai port, or other China ports.
