Introduction:
The Co-extrusion External Cladding Wood Plastic Composite Wall Panel Extruder Making Machine can continuously produce PP/PE wood plastic profiles, including PP/PE wood plastic flooring, PP/PE wood plastic outdoor wall panels, PP/PE wood plastic fences, columns, etc.

WPC Granulation Machine: According to customer requirements, they can be extruded using a parallel twin-screw extruder or a conical twin-screw extruder and thermally granulated into wood-plastic granules.

1.Conical Twin Screw Extruder:
The specially designed screw and the advanced controlling system ensure excellent plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

2.Mould:
Mould adopts high-quality alloy steel and throttling device to ensure even pressure of feed influent at the mould lips, and also differential action of up-down piece guarantee even thickness of the plate.
Customers can replace molds to produce products with different shapes and sizes.

3.Vacuum Calibration Table:
Heating exchanging and cooling system of quick speed in calibrating system alternate effectively and ordinally with vacuum system, which ensures calibrating precision. Vacuum system composes two independent subsystems and each is equipped with several fixed circulating vacuum lines of three-point type. Meanwhile, each line carries vacuum regulating system and vacuum display system that realize even and stable vacuum degree of plate surface.

4. Haul-off Machine
The haul-off machine can pull the plate from the thickness-fixing table evenly and synchronously.

5.Cutting Machine
Cutting machine to ensure effective edge width and smooth cutting.

6.Unloading Table
The cut products can be automatically turned over and packaged directly, saving manpower.
