1. How do I ensure that my data is protected and secured?
We can sign a non-disclosure agreement with our customer and our staff. We know this is the most important in reducing outsourcing risk.
2. Can I get some samples?
Yes. Samples are available for quality check if we have them in stock.
3. What formats of drawings do you need?
DWG, PDF, IGES and STEP etc.
4. I don't have any drawing, can I send you a sample?
Yes. We can create CAD or 3D drawings per original samples for you to check.
5. When can we get the quote?
Usually we can quote out within 2 days after we receive inquiry with all the necessary details.
6. What's the delivery time for the first articles?
It depends on the design, process and surface treatment. We will clarify the exact delivery time when we quote parts.
7. What's your payment term?
Our main payment term is 100% TT. Paypal is available if the total amount is under 500USD.
If the total amount is over 500USD, we recommend 30% down payment and balance against B/L copy.
8. If the samples or production parts fail inspection, will you return payment?
Yes. We will return payment or correct the parts as long as our customer agrees to.
9. Do you have QC before shipping?
Yes. We inspect parts following the international AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standard before shipping.
10. If the parts have dents upon arrival, will you return payment?
Yes, we will. It's our fault if the parts are damaged due to inappropriate packaging or other factors.
