Actually, it depends on the products. For low-value (under $20) products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high-value samples, it needs sample cost and freight cost. Please confirm that all sample cost can be refunded after
order placed.

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time usually needs 30-35 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 40-50 days.
Q3. Can MOQ be smaller?
A: Yes and you can mixed variety of models together as long as the container is full or LCL shipment is more than 5cbm.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How do you handle with quality problems?
