Hook-Arm Type Garbage Truck
The hook-arm garbage truck is a special vehicle used for garbage transfer and unloading operations in urban garbage compression stations.
It consists of a car chassis, a dump cylinder, a rear door cylinder, an attached frame, a garbage bin and a rear door swing lever.
The operation is completed by the hydraulic control system, and the control mode can be manual or electrical control.
It is mainly used for garbage removal in urban and rural garbage compression stations.

Working Principle
Step 1:
Push the operation handle of the locking hook to the recovery position, lock the cylinder back, so that the locking frame is recovered and the turnover frame and the attached frame are locked and fixed;
Step 2 :
Pull the operation handle of the drawarm to the extension position, the drawarm cylinder is extended, the movable drawarm rotates around the front hinge shaft of the rollover turnover frame, and the drawarm is in the hook box position. Properly adjust the height of the hook of the drawarm and align it with the hook of the box;
Step 3 :
When the draw-arm hook is hooked to the bent hook of the box, continue to push the draw-arm operating handle to the falling position, so that the garbage box continues to board the truck (Note: ensure that the longitudinal beam of the garbage box is located between the two rear rollers at the end of the attached frame).
Step 4:
When the garbage box is placed on the attached frame, loosen the operation handle of the pulling arm to make it return to the middle position, and then pull the operation handle of the locking hook to the locking position, and the locking cylinder is extended, so that the locking frame is turned up and the turning frame is locked and fixed with the garbage box, and release the handle to the middle position;
Step 5:
Before unloading the garbage, when the vehicle runs to 6 standard air pressure, hang up the force take-up device, open the rear door lock device of the garbage bin, at the front stage of the double multi-way valve, first determine the locking frame to lock the garbage box (pull the locking hook operating handle to the locking position), and then pull the pulling arm operating handle to the extended position, the garbage box is inclined to lift the garbage out;
