5. How long for delivery time after pay deposit?

1) For body parts product, it generally takes 15 days for production

2) For suspension product, it generally takes 20-25 days for production

3) For engine prodcuts, it generally takes 30 days for production

6. What will you do for quality complaint?

1) We will respond to customer within 24 hours.

2) Our QC will retest the same stock item, if confirmed it is of quality problem, we will make corresponding compensation.

3) In most case, we will ask our clients to take clear picture or send sample back to us, and we will make a test to clearify the problem. Finally we will give a quality report to our customer to aviod the new problem.
