Overview
55m3/min Zero purge Heated desiccant Air Dryer KXP-500 is a kind of energy-saving compressed air treatment product, composed of the followingcomponents:
Two adsorption towers, one electric heater, one air blower, one after-cooler ,one set of switching valves and one set of controlingsystem.
When the compressed air flows through the fixed bed layers of adsorption tower, the water will be adsorbed by desiccant, after thedesiccant get saturated, regenerate the desiccant by hot air to recover its adsorption capacity. Use the air blower suction theambient air to cooling the desiccant, full system without compressed air loss.
