Fast Curing MDF Kit 200ml Activator +100g cyanoacrylate adhesive and super glue with activator Fast Adhesive with activator

Where to use: Super Glue MDF Kit : Super Glue with spray activator ,

MDF Adhesive set, MDF kit, Cyanoacrylate Adhesive plus activator.

The MDF kit contains 50g/100g of adhesive and 200ml/400ml activator.

This system replaces the traditional connection methods for fixing this type of connections. Can be used for bonding and other profiles, saving time compared to conventional profiles switching means.Ideal for furniture manufacture adhesive bonding decorative details, thickening. Can be used as hidden clamp using an adhesive in combination with a cure time to perform more.
It is recommended to make the application between +5°C and +40°C . Surfaces must be clean and dry. Spreads evenly on surface of two joint material, after drying moderately, folds gathers with exerts pressure (for example spread 2~3 times for multi hole joint material).

The application adhesive could be achieved after drying for 24 hours at the room temperature of 25°C. The best adhesive performance is available after drying 48 hours.

Application：
1, Both surfaces to be bonded should be clean, dry and free of oil.

2, Carefully pierce end of tube by tightening the cap enclosed.
3, Apply carefully tc avoid spilling.
4, Apply on one surface. Only one drop per square inch.
5, Place in desireb position immediately. Apply sligh pressure for ten seconds or until bond sets.
6, Clean away the excess adhesive from finger or container with tissue paper.

50ml cyanoacrylate, 200ml spray activator, or

100ml cyanoacrylate, 400ml spray activator,
Activator increases bonding strength by having absorbed onto the surface.

Caution:
KEEP OUTOF REACH OF CHILDRENIf in contact with eyes, flush with water, if swallowed, call physician immediately. in case of fingers bonded, do not try to force apart, soak fingers in water or remove by nai!polish. Store in dry and cool place.
