Pure polyester powder painting, color is optional according to customs’ requests.

Production Process

Preparation of raw materials -> cutting -> bending -> welding arms -> repair and polishing -> shaping -> heading -> mounting base
plate -> welding flanges -> welding door strip -> galvanizing -> powder coating -> installation of door -> factory inspection.

Application

Light pole can be adapted to solar energy and led lamp holder, can be used for outdoor lighting, such as rural areas, schools,
squares, factories, streets, highways. The lamp pole is mainly made of high quality Q235 steel bending molding, the pole welding
method is automatic sub-arc welding, the lamp pole is hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, and the plastic spray is made
of high quality outdoor pure polyester plastic powder, which can well adapt to the wet weather.
