4. Production Process

We make models for every parts, and cast them separatly, then assemble each parts together. Follow picture as the reference.

5.Coloring crafts
a: Paint spraying: Make the double primer as basic, and then paint the real color (according to customers'requirements), finially spray varnish to keep the color longer.

b: Colored drawing: The characteristic is that the color looks very natural and antique. Normally, the color is specially modulated by our master, any color is ok.

c: Powder Coated: Put the sprayed workpiece into the curing oven, heated to a predetermined temperature (typically 185 degrees), and the corresponding time (15 minutes); open the furnace cooling to obtain the finished product. Different parts, heating temperature and holding time are also different.
