General Structure & Specifications
There are many different types of stacked pallets, but in general, they are all composed of two main parts, the bottom for storing goods and the side by the iron frame, in which:
The bottom and the pallet surface:
the bottom of the pallet is made of high-grade steel, linked together by welding to form a load-bearing flat surface, this is the main bearing part of the pallet. The bottom surface will be reinforced with details to help the pallet stack or fold. The storage surface on the pallet can be made from steel frame panels, tole liner or board.
Facade:
the two-sided frame is made of solid steel bars and will be linked to the bottom by screws to be rotated, creating stability and helping pallets stack more safely.
Depending on the needs and the type of goods stored on it, this type of stacked iron pallet will be individually designed and customized to accommodate the stored goods.
