A: Basiclly we use silver, brass, stainless steel, alloy. Gold material is also available

2 Can you customize size of the jewelry?

A: Yes, we can. We provide both ODM and OEM service.

3. How soon dose your company make the delivery after confirming the remit?
A: The sample order usually be delivered within 7-10 days. Lead time for mass production will be 25-30 days or even longer based on order quantity and craftmanship of the jewelry.

4. Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?
A: All jewelry pictures are made under the natural light, they are nearly the same as the real jewelry.

5.Can we engrave my won LOGO on the goods ?

A:Yes, you can. We are able to engraving your logo on every item without additional costs however the MOQ is 120pcs required.

6. What is your plating?

A. We use vacuum plating. It is water-free and nickel-free. Good for the environment, and will not be allergic. Colors plated can last for 5 years, unfading. Many colors available, rose gold,blue, silver, black, and etc.

7. Do your jewelries meet standard?

A. Yes, all materials used are nickel, lead, cadimium safe. Test report by SGS, CTT, ITS will be done upon request.
