The GAC/UDF Filter Cartridge uses NSF certified granular activated carbon as material.

The activated carbon used has been processed by acid-washing and wind-selection and the end caps are fixed with special PP layer instead of general non-woven cloth. So no carbon fines coming out.

A: It normally used 3-6 months,it all depends on water quality and level of contaminants.

Q2: How to save it?

A: It is better to be stored in a cool environment with well package

Q3:Why after we install it,the water flowing out is black?

A:Our UDF, the inner carbon in it is not washed and dried before making, so it is sure that there will be carbon powder in it, which is normal.(if they are washed and dried, it will be less effective.) so there will be black water coming out when you just put it on.During installation, rinse for a period of time until the rinse is clean.There will be OK.
