A: We are a manufacturer with our own factory and we have 20 years of experience and professional team of workers, designers and inspectors.
2. Are samples available?
Generally 7-15 days depend on different order design.
3. Are your samples free or need cost?
Actually it depends on the products. For low value products, we will provide free samples, freight collect. But for some high value samples it need sample cost and freight cost. Please confirm that all sample cost can be refunded after order placed.
4.Could you produce according to customers’ design?
Yes, we can customize size, color, material and even weaving method based on your requirements. Custom design is warmly welcome.
5.What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: 30% of deposit upon signing the PI, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
6.What is your delivery time?
Usually 10-45 days depend on different order quantities. In peak season, lead time can be 45-60 days.
7.Can you make customer's own brand name?
We can provide hang tags, labels or cover in your own design & logo.
8.What is the manner of packing?
Generally, packing with standard export cartons. Packing the set into customized carton box with custom logo is available.
