Conveyor belt transporting materials with inorganic acid and alkali
Safety, particularly fire hazards, the abrasive nature of coarse bulk materials, hot, chemical and oil based products are amongst the many and varied demands placed on conveyor belts in the chemical and fertilizer industry. Long-term durability and reliability have a major influence on the cost effectiveness of the operation.
We supply the most practical belts for each of these demands including high wear resistant, tear and cut resistant belts for raw material transportation, heat and Fire resistant resistant belts for the production processes and chemical and oil resistant belts both for the production process and for the transportation of the end products.
Conveyor belts used in chemically damaged environment or transporting materials consisting of inorganic acid and alkali.
Features of Conveyor belt transporting materials with inorganic acid and alkali:
Use cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas as belt core, with good belt elasticity, good forming performance. Good water-proof ability, little change in strength under dry or wet conditions.
The covering rubber is processed by acid and alkali resistant material, has good chemical resistance and good physical properties.
Usage of Conveyor belt transporting materials with inorganic acid and alkali:
Suitable for chemical plants, chemical fertilizer plants, paper mills and other industrial plants transporting acidic or other corrosive chemical materials. It can also be used for sea salt production.
Conveyor belt transporting materials with inorganic acid and alkali Technical standards: National standard HG/T3782-2005.
