Q2: Can you do the design for us?
A2: We have an excellent professional design team that can develop your ideal model according to your requirements.
Q3: Can we have our logo on lighters or packages?
A3: Of course you can. But you may need to reach the minimum order for our existing products and pay for the version fee.
Q4: Can I customize the color?
A4: Of course you can. But the unit price will change if the single color changes. For example, titanium needs extra money, and ice paint needs extra money.
Q5: What about the lead time?
A5: It depends on the number of orders, your requirements and the busyness of the production workshop. Under normal circumstances, if you have no other requirements, 100 lighters can be made within two days.
Q6: Can you send us invoices?
A6: Yes, we can. Also if you have your own request towards invoice format, please show us.
Q7: Can I be an agent or distributor of JOBON, ZOBO or CHIEF?
A7: Of course you can, and we won't charge extra for it. As long as the trademark is registered in your country.
