Acrylic acrylic, PC, PET, PMMA, AS, ABS, Glass material
SP-8100 Applicable material: Acrylic diluent: PY-001.
SP-8200 Applicable materials: reinforced and hardened PC, PET, PMMA. Diluent used: S-3. Curing agent used: add 10% curing agent.
SP-8300 Applicable materials: AS, ABS, diluent used: PY-002.
SP-8400 is suitable for materials such as PC, PS, ABS, and PMMA. The diluent used is PY-002.
SP-8500 Applicable Material: Glass Use Diluent: S-3
1. Stir the ink evenly before use, and seal it immediately after use.
2. Usually use 250 mesh (100T), 300 mesh (120T) nylon screen printing is the best.
3. Do not bake immediately after printing, try to dry it with natural wind, and bake it after the surface mirror effect is completely out.
4. When the mirror silver is printed and needs to be re-colored, first test whether the color printed on the mirror will corrode the mirror effect and whether there is interlayer adhesion.
5. Be sure to use the right thinner when using different mirror silver, otherwise it will affect the mirror effect.
