Q2: How long will the plating color last?
A2: If 14K,18K gold, sterling sliver, the color will not change. If gold plated ,generally 6 month for Water Plated color , 1-2 years for vacuum plated color if in proper wearing.
Q3: Do you offer free sample for quality checking?
A3: Sample order is welcome, but sample fee need to be paid. It will be deducted when you place an bulk order.
Q4: Can you engrave my logo on the jewelry ?Do you supply OEM/ODM service?
A4: Yes. Custom logo and OEM/ODM are both accepted.Our factory specializes in jewelry manufacturing for 8 years. We can produce jewelry by your samples, designs, pictures, even by an idea.

A6: Definitely. after receive your confirmation or payment, we set up production no hesitation,. To control quality good, every production step we set a QC inspector to evaluate production, say, Raw material QC, production QC, Packaging QC, finished products QC and shipment QC.
Q7: What if the goods has problem or products not correct, as a supplier, what after-sales service you provide ?
A7: If it’s the finished products not correct as previous confirmation, we will responsible to take it into remake it or offer discount. What we want are long-term reorders, not one-time cooperation.
Q8: Can I order smaller than MOQ ? Do you accept small order ?
