FIRST 02 Operation precautions

1.Every time you add the mixing material. Must not exceed the specified value. And must wait until the mixing cylinder discharge is completed, the hopper can be lifted onto the material.

2.The hopper shall not be lowered at will. In case of special circumstances, it is necessary to lower the brake for slow and balanced descent.

3.In order to reduce the viscous phenomenon of the hopper, the order of adding aggregate to the hopper should be gravel - cement -
sand, or sand - cement - stone.

4. In the feeding process, water should be added in time to reduce the extraction time and dust.

5.When the hopper is lifted, no one is allowed to stay under the hopper. The empty hopper should be lowered slowly. To increase
the service life of the machine, etc.

FIRST 03 Maintenance after use

Before stopping, a certain amount of stones and water must be put in, stirred for 3-5 minutes, and then released, so that the accumulation in the cylinder can be removed several times.
