Proper use of TC type oil seal,should pay attention to the following points:
1. the shaft speed, due to the design and structure of high speed should be used high speed shaft oil seal, low speed shaft use the oil seal, oil seal at low speed can not be used in the high-speed shaft, not vice versa.
2. in case of high temperature, polypropylene ester or silicon, fluorine and silicone rubber should be used.And try to reduce the oil temperature in the tank.Cold-resistant rubber should be used in case of low temperature.
3. pressure, general oil seal can withstand pressure, and the oil seal can be distorted when the pressure is too high.Pressure bearing ring or reinforced pressure oil seal should be used in the condition of excessive pressure.
4. the eccentricity of the installation is too large when the oil seal and shaft coordination are too large, and the sealing property can be poor, especially when the spindle speed is high.If the eccentricity is too large, the oil seal with "W" section can be used.
5. the surface finish of the shaft directly affects the service life of the oil seal, namely the high finish of the shaft and the service life of oil seal.
6. note that there should be a certain amount of lubricating oil in the lip of the oil seal.
7. special attention should be paid to preventing dust from immersing in oil seals.
