Hot Rolled Steel
is the most common and simple finish and the first step to making steel plates and sheets. A steel slab is heated, typically to 1,700 degrees F, and passed through a series of rollers - each set of rollers making the slab thinner until the desired thickness is achieved. Then the steel is allowed to cool to room temperature and cut to size or rolled into large coils.
Hot rolled steel is the easiest and cheapest sheet steel to find. It is fairly ductile, and thinner sheets can be easily formed
with hand tools. Its dimensions are less refined compared to cold rolled steel.

Please check the most common grades of steel plates / sheets below:
* A36 - it is a low carbon steel with good strength and formability, which make the material welded with a minimum yield strength of 36,000 PSI .
* A572-50 - it is a higher strength steel with a minimum yield of 50,000 PSI and it has increased the property of corrosion resistance.
* A516-70 -it is one steel with a minimum tensile strength of 70,000 PSI which is generally used in pressure vessels and boilers.
* A588 - it is known as Corten steel, this steel weathers well, forming a stable rust-like appearance which can eliminate the need for surface painting.
* A1011 - it is a hot-rolled carbon steel alloy mainly used for sheets with high strength and formability.

In addition, we can cut the large size steel plates base on your requirements, We can do the surface processing including milling and grinding. We can also do the processing including making holes or making angle degrees or welding based on your drawing.
For the sheet under 30mm thick, we mainly cut the sheets by laser; for the sheets over 30mm thick, mainly OXY-cutting. For sheets over 200mm thick, mainly flaming cutting, because the temperature is very high during the flame cutting , and the cutting parts steel plate might be broken at the angle, then our workers will repair the angles to be in good condition.
