High alumina brick is a kind of common refractory brick, which belongs to the general name of aluminosilicate refractory brick with more than 48% Al2O3 content. According to the content of alumina in high alumina brick, it is generally divided into three grades: Grade I -the content of alumina is more than 75%; grade II-the content of alumina is 60-75%; grade III-the content of alumina is 48-60%. It is made of high alumina bauxite as aggregate or other raw materials with high alumina content through molding and calcination. The sintering reaction is mainly the decomposition of kaolinite and boehmite and secondary Mullitization.
