Specifications

The hard book cover making machine is mostly applicable to various notebook, photo book (photo album), folder, certificate, hardcover book. It would be better match with Gluing Machine( Such as our RJS JS series of glue machine, Can use hot glue, white latex ).

Working details

Firstly: glue the cover paper with Glu e Machin e,Move the glued paper to the plate under the clamping device;

Secondly: fix the grey board to the glued cover pape r by hand ,Lift up the clamping device,

Thirdly : push the fixed unit in to ZX SCM500 I I where the 4 sides will be folded at 2 time s:when put into,will folding 2 sides,then machine push out,put into twice,will folding the other 2 sides.

1. The packing is confirm to export wooden case standard, strong and durable. The                    wooden case’s thickness is generally 1 cm.

2. In order to be waterproof, we usually use bubble film to wrap machine.
