Maydos Heat Resistant super bond SBS contact Adhesive glue

Description

Maydos Modified SBS Adhesive is formulated from excellent materials. It has good features such as easy application, rapid drying speed, strong viscosity, anti-ultraviolet radiation after solidification, anti-damp and aging-resistant.

Recommended use

Suitable for contacting between different materials such as plywood, board, floorboard, wallpaper, rubber, anti-firing plate, aluminum-plastic plate and cloths, etc. It can be widely used for both hard-to-contact materials like anti-firing plate, aluminum-plastic plate and PVC board, and common board like wood board, plywood, MDF board,floor board, furniture, wallpaper, polyester plywood, bamboo board, asbestos board, carpet, rubber, etc.

Feature

Features:

1.Adopted benzene free, no hazardous materials and additives, low VOC, protect the applicator and consumers’ health.

2.High solid content: Solid content exceed 34%, much higher than conventional adhesives, effectively save adhesive consumption (dosage) by 30%-40%.

3.Freezing temperature resistant: no influence at -15°C to -20°C. Easy for transport and bonding in winter.

4.Super first-bonding power, good penetration property, quick dry.

5.Stable performance: moisture resistant after hardening, water-immersion resistant, good impact resistant, long service life.

Directions for use

Surface preparation the grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be cleaned off, surface of bamboo, leather or rubber etc must be matted.

Recommended apply system

Brushing

The effect will be better if stir thoroughly or make the pot inverted repeatedly in order to mix the glue before use. The contacted surface is brushed by the adhesive in thin layer, brushing toward a same aspect for air getting out to strengthen the powerful viscidity.

Airing

Wait for 5 to 25 minutes (25 Celsius) after brushing, until the condition is proper to agglutinate.

Contacting

Contacting is level one time because the viscidity is super powerful, add pressure or tapping for the super viscidity of continua adhesive.

Remark
1.Seal it tightly and store it in a cool and well-ventilated place where the temperature is between 5C -35C and the relative humidity is ≤80%. Don’t expose it under the sun.
2.Volatile solvent contained. Do not swallow. Keep it far away from open fire because of volatile solvent in it which is inflammable and out of reach of the children. The room should be well-ventilated during application.
