A: We accept EXW.FOB.CFR.CIF.DDU.DOP, etc. You can choose the most convenient or most economical way.
Q: What is the payment method?
A: Generally, 30% of the contracts are signed, and 70% are paid before shipment(30% deposit. 70% before shipment). We support trade guarantees for T/T, L/C, DP.
Q: Does free sample is available?
A: Yes! We can provide free sample if we have stock, or we can make new sample for you. Sample can be free, but shipping cost will be paid by your side.
Q:How about import customs fee?
A:Our sales will declare the value as customer’s require normally.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These charges are the buyers’ responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding/buying and confirm if you have good customs clearance solution. If the goods were turned back or destroyed for unable customs-clearance the related cost will be paid by customers.
