HOW TO USE

First, you need a brush like this one, and it must be a natural bristle brush. The bristles should be hard (but not too hard).

For best results, you could brush once or twice everyday. Try incorporating your dry brush skin into a normal routine, such as before the shower in the morning and again after work (avoid drving near bedtime, as this will leave you feeling energized and sleepy).

The brush should be directed in the direction of the heart for maximum benefit to the circulation system. You can brush the whole body. Start with the feet and gradually move to the legs, arms, chest, back and abdomen.

When you brush your skin, you should use a certain amount of strength, but you should not allow yourself to feel painful (avoid scrubbing). After body brushing, your skin color will turn to pink (not red or irritated), and you can decide how long to brush according to your preference. The average body brush time per day should be controlled from two to twenty minutes.
